i have info in recyclerview that's readily available , info takes time load. i'm trying display available info , update records have additional info 1 time it's done loading. i'm able accomplish via notifyitemchanged(position) recyclerview scrolls top every time method called. there way prevent scrolling happening anytime info beingness updated , not inserted/removed?

i figured out, wasn't calling notifyitemchanged ui thread. 1 time moved there works intended.
