apache - No images on any custom theme on any forum software -

i have forum: mstga.webnekodesigns.com/forum when utilize default theme, fine. however, no images show when utilize custom theme. have made sure using themes right version of phpbb. got frustrated , tried different forum software, mybb , had exact same issue, default theme worked fine custom themes not show images. assume not forum software on server. apache server hosted through hostpapa.

one thing notice if seek go images directly, deed different. example, if go mstga.webnekodesigns.com/forum/styles/prosilver/imageset/site_logo.gif, 1 of default themes, can see image. if go same image in downloaded theme, 404 error, permission denied, file permissions same.

this sounds super simple can't find solution. appreciate help.
