button - How can I repeat/retrigger onLongClick in Android -

hi have "scrub" or "scan" button on music player i'm writing. i'd button jump number of milliseconds ahead in tune every couple of sec if user holds button long period of time.

how can multiple onlongclick() events occur if hold button? @ moment 1 , thats it. there must way reset timer happens 1 time again surely.. hope?

start timer on onlongclick() executes jump action every sec or two. stop timer when action_up keyevent.
