apache folder access restriction -

apache folder access restriction -

is there way restrict folder access in apache?

for illustration user x , y lone should able access link myserver/files/101/

in browser , user z should 401 , user z lone able access link myserver/files/102/

where 101 , 102 folders.

please guide me on if possible.
