i working on web project in asp.net integrated salesforce. have published web project in windows azure. have changes in particular files , want deploy these changes rather finish project.

if using web deploy within visual studio, automatically deploy changed files in differential manner. alternatively, if using azure vm's or cloud service (which vm's), can connect machine(s) using rdp , update select files manually. can rdp info machine azure portal.
