i vary new wordpress , have 1 website in wordpress , every thing working fine.

i have added few security alternative mentions in many blogs in net secure blog. have alter wp-include folder name other name , if view source of page, hard him know wordpress blog.

the problem have 1 plugin, plugin leave comment in website like

<!-- site using plugin wordpress -->

i have found comment in plugin file , remove manually when ever update plugin comment 1 time again appear in source.

i thinking of proper solution remove comment code in function.php or custom.php don't need update file manually every time update plugin.

you're on right track. if want write code remove this, set in separate plugin, when plugin updates, modifying plugin won't. or easier still, stop updating original plugin.
