phpmyadmin "Not Found" after install on Apache, Ubuntu -

setting development environment ubuntu 14.04 running in virtualbox, next guide: http://klau.si/dev

after installing phpmyadmin, seems should able access @ http://localhost/phpmyadmin apache returns not found error. did guide leave out configuration step somewhere? have tried restarting apache service.

there no phpmyadmin.conf file in apache2/sites-enabled or apache2/sites-available, required?

if so, can find these files?

using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost returns same error. default apache page @ http://localhost works fine.

the console in browser shows nil of value, not found.

i have tried rerunning install script dpkg-reconfigure -plow phpmyadmin

this issue resolved guide: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/apachemysqlphp#troubleshooting_phpmyadmin_.26_mysql-workbench adding

include /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf

...to /etc/apache2/apache2.conf file , restarting service.

apache ubuntu phpmyadmin
