proguard - Crashlytics not deobfusticating code -

i'm new crashlytics, , i'm having problem not de-obfusticating stack traces. according crashlytics should happening automatically. should using mappings.txt file that's included in .apk decrypt stack traces. have few questions whole process, how should go solving problem.

1) mappings.txt file should packaged .apk default correct? i'm using gradle; there options have set?

2) can't seem download stacktrace crashlytics, nor update mappings.txt file on dashboard. either of these options possible?

3) can stacktraces anywhere else, application has gsm services enabled.

i had same problem, seems have been fixed manually reinstalling crashlytics plugin.
