how scalable odoo regard number of users can back upwards , still run smoothly?
also, how many records can entertain without facing server load issues when many users using simultaneously?
it depends on server configuration, disk performance, processor, memory, etc. there many performance factors not unique odoo.

odoo has postgresql database, improve performance must read postgresql well.
