Prerequisites to using Kannel for sending SMS -
i'm trying utilize kannel sending sms. reading documentation came across line:
to set sms gateway, need, in add-on machine running kannel, access (an operator's) sms center, or perchance multiple ones.
does know go getting access?

if want development without spending time/money smsc connection, can utilize kannel gsm modem (with sim card) send/receive sms messages well.
