asp.net - Code added to App_Code isn't available in the rest of my solution, why? -

like title states, added code app_code folder created reference in rest of web app not happening , i'm not sure why.

i have tried using no namespace, same namespace rest of web app, , giving it's own namespace.

fwiw, trying utilize aspnet - ssrs in webapp , next directions provided here integrating asp.net , ssrs

so, followed advice posted below , removed app_code folder , created ssrs folder placed 4 files referenced in git repo. i'm confused still tells me there isn't namespace ssrs or myproject.ssrs.

is there special files? class files me. 2 of them proxy classes reportexecutionservice & reportingservice2010
