python - ipcluster3.exe failed to create process -

i trying run ipcluster3.exe on anaconda python 3.3 installation on windows 7 64-bit.

however, when run error:

c:\anaconda\envs\py33\scripts>ipcluster3.exe failed create process. c:\anaconda\envs\py33\scripts>ipcluster3.exe start -n 4 failed create process.

the error doesn't give me plenty start debugging.

it looks re-create of anacondas came beta version of ipython.

i updated using conda.
