i used netbeans lot switched eclipse luna. trying create gui app in java having problem this. drag , drop of swing restrictive in eclipse, can label or text field on screen want, keeps snapping these weird "grid lines", or doing wrong?

are there plugins need or doing wrong?

fixed problem. had alter type of layout form uses. help.
