ms project - Why doesn't a milestone show 100% complete based on predecessor when all tasks are completed for the section? -

i have 4 tasks in section milestone. first 3 tasks completed baseline dates , 4th delayed few days. when 4th task completed, milestone depended on task didn't alter 100% complete. why?

milestones, other task, must statused independently. because linked % finish not automatically updated.

ms-project
