i've worked on java ee systems, procedures authorities , stuff can't see how create django project purposes?

for example, if should have web app making easier 3 process: procedure passport, procedure driver license , procedure social number.

the 3 procedures have steps in common: personal information, contact information, health information. project each procedure, app each procedure, app each step?

remember project composed of apps. when create project main app (with same name of project) created. place code procedures said.

think of apps indepent sections of project (site); maybe forum, blog, custom administration panel, game , stuff that. every 1 of them independent app.

a project intended single website, there's no need create project on illustration mentioned.
