c# - cryptacquirecontext throws "Access denied" in Windows Server 2008 -

cryptacquirecontext throws "access denied" error in windows server 2008(only 1 pc),the same code working fine other pc including windows server 2008 also.any suggestions?

note:the logged in user have total permission access folder "c:\users\\appdata\roaming\microsoft\crypto\rsa".

the process monitor(procmon.exe) reported actual problem pc.
