Hide Navigation (title) bar in Sharepoint 2013 Mobile view -

i'm unable find way, how title bar (the 1 reveals menu, when clicked) can hidden or styled. trying embed custom css within script web-part did not result, script parts disabled in mobile view.

can please recommend way how styling of mobile view can changed?

maybe set css on alternativepageheader command delegate, or on alternatecssurl property of spweb object. don't think 2 cutting mobile view, have never tried it.
