ios - UIWebView ScrollView: Zoom allowed on only piece of webpage -

i want show portion of webpage in app -- have working. initial zoom right , position correct.

the problem when go zoom in or zoom out -- other parts of webpage don't want show -- show up.

is there way set boundary zooming allowed? have uiwebview contains scrollview. don't want disable zooming altogether since want user able zoom text see in portion of webpage.

i had image looks won't allow me upload it. here basic idea:

only allow zooming section shown in app - outside of section shown don't want app see or to.
