by "dynamic links", mean list of links updated.

to illustrate question, have website writing new articles for. have 10 articles. if read article #5, there list of links 10 articles in right panel of page. update site, , article #1 becomes out of date, i'd replace article #1 article #11. rather updating links within every article (so 10 times), there way update links 1 time , have them update simultaneously every page?? create iframe this??
