windows server 2012 - (IIS8.5)Microsoft Excel cannot open or save any more documents -

microsoft excel cannot open or save more documents because there not plenty available memory or disk space. • create more memory available, close workbooks or programs no longer need. • free disk space, delete files no longer need disk saving to.

i getting error while opening excel sheet in application application running fine on iis5 , iis7 when shifted windows server 2012 r2 iis8.5 didn't worked googled , found solution didn't worked.

here have tried

for both 32-bit , 64-bit versions of windows, folder “c:\windows\system32\config \systemprofile\desktop” must exist , need total command permissions “systemprofile” , “desktop” directories. 64-bit versions of windows 7 or server 2008 , higher, “c:\windows\syswow64 \config\systemprofile\desktop” folder must exist , need total command permissions “systemprofile” , “desktop” directories. 64-bit versions of windows vista, “c:\windows\syswow \config\systemprofile \desktop” folder must exist , need total command permissions “systemprofile” , “desktop” directories. windows 8.1, in add-on above, windows registry key [hkey_current_user\softwware\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\user shell folders\cache] must set c:\windows\temp

finally found reply on 64 bit scheme 32 bit office seek this:

start run mmc -32 file add together remove snap-in component services add together ok console root component services computers computer dcom config microsoft excel application

after finding excel application give appropriate security clearance , go
