XAMPP - Apache Error -

this error when seek start apache.

the error logs :

i don't understand problem is. can help?

i have changed ports in below lines in httpd.conf file

listen 80 servername localhost:80

are there other files need alter these values?

it worked when run xampp command panel administrator rights.
