How to force R not to set a refference in ordinal data in coxph -

i modeling cox regression , of independent variables ordinal info , have problem reffernce groups.

by default coxph bundle takes first grouping in variable refference group, i.e. in vaiable female/male female grouping refference. however, have ordinal variable 3 levels (1, 2, 3). not wish refference grouping in ordinal variable want r give total estimate total variable.

what as.numeric(your123factor) ? r treat variable continuous.
