is possible tell html5 webapp not load site appcache, if client has network connection?

this isn't you're asking, way accomplish set fallback / illustration /offline/index.html , check in offline index.html if you're online , if redirect /. way normal site loaded on net , offline version loaded when offline.

ps. have never tried exact setup, , never used fallback urls, worked lot appcaches, pretty sure should work.
