CKAN: ImportError no module named static -

i'm installing ckan here:http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/maintaining/installing/install-from-source.html

in step 6 i'm getting importerror on webob

importerror: no module named static

this webob version 1.0.8, listed in requirements.txt, i'm guessing it's wrong version or there's requirement i'm missing. i've tried different versions of webob too. solve previously?

it sounds may not have activated virtualenv. seek running next before run paster command:

. /usr/lib/ckan/default/bin/activate
