Block specific users from registering with fake email ids php -

someone trying abuse website registering false or dumy email addresses. how can block him can't register 1 time again n again. can't login because can't activate false business relationship still want block him. suggestions on matter?

you can use.htaccess ban ip or whole ip range write in.htaccess eg

order deny,allow

deny 109.24.30.70

deny 109.

allow all

first ban exact ip sec bans whole ip range starting 109.
