ios - navbar dissapearing in preview and simulator when setting constraints -

i'm next udemy ios8/swift course of study , i'm stuck on navigationbar part. i'm thinking might have fact i'm on higher version of xcode, can't seem find solution.

i have set constraints navbar on 0 on 3 sides centered , total width in both landscape , portrait mode. when seek this, see alternative thats not there on course of study (constrain margins). no matter how much seek adjust values, navbar keeps disappearing or moving in wrong direction. tried unchecking constrain margins function , putting on 0, tried 'resetting suggested constraints' , lots of other options, can't seem navbar in both landscape/portrait mode. basically, doing wrong or there other way this?

in add-on 3 constraints need give navigation bar height.

another solution add together navigation item view controller instead of navigation bar. navigation item auto format navigation bar @ top of view.
