how device receives force notification.if app in ground state , gets notification connect server

first of all, have implement server side ios mdm. client side implemented apple , mdm client baked ios.

as part of os dosn't have restriction usual ios apps has. has persistent channel apns , send force notification apns, device receive through persistent channel , start doing should doing.

also how plist (that in command) create changes in settings (unlock lock) >.do save somewhere in device configuration?

the reply same. don't have implement on ios side. it's done apple- mdm client command, parse it, save appropriate places , enforce appropriate policies.
