hello have info sheet in excel divided 4 columns: sku (product's number), product name, category (product's category) , price.

one of product category t-shirt. want cut down t-shirt cost $50. example: reddish t-shirt priced @ $200 after reduction $150, white t-shirt priced @ $300, after reduction $250 , on

is there regular look command excel in 1 go...so don't have replace them 1 one.

and want alter pants (category) cost $38. command has scan category column, find word pants , find cost , replace $38.

you 2 steps:

make 5th column formula (assuming info starts in column , sec row): =if(c2="t-shirt", d2-50, if(c2="pants", 38.00, d2)) , re-create downwards rows copy , paste-special->values cost column.
