How do I have the same video on iOS and Android? -
i have app developed ios , android (both native). both apps utilize same api download content such images, documents, , videos. video format in mp4. of course of study videos play fine in ios android tablets have issues playing videos reliably. play, (and usually) don't.
obviously codec issue. i've suggested have user upload 2 videos, 1 android , 1 ios, doesn't seem alternative @ point.
is there bitrate/fps setting can used create video across both platforms more reliable?
