Eclipse Luna scroll cant be dark -

i'm trying create eclipse total dark on windows os. happened:

the scroll still white (on right), both in "dark" , "moonrise" theme. googled lot , found out must update eclipse 4.4.1. updated eclipse, problem persists.

please help me. time.

it's because scrollbars color set in desktop environment settings. e.g. windows, or gnome. create eclipse using dark scheme need few steps:

install/configure dark theme desktop environment. linux / gnome 3 flashback suggest using gnomishdark. install "eclipse color themes" plugin eclipse marketplace. choose theme in eclipse (general -> appearance -> color theme). e.g. used wombat.
