Sharepoint 2010 alerts for expired dates for list items NO CODE -

i have simple list of business relationship holders, emails, , dates certificates expire. in list nil more.

i wish alert them automatic email (that compose) remind them contact me because certificates expire.

i have seen nil oob addresses this. wish avoid using javascript.
