i next instructions, have downloaded mysql-installer-community-5.6.16.0.msi – 250.8mb, using trying add together mysql server 5.6.21 - x64 available products, select, error - , have copied error details - wondering why got stopped installing mysql server, thanks

windows 7 64 bit
it's bit weird mentioned in instructions, have alter scheme time format, , it's installed successfully.
