Only tester user can publish on his wall with Facebook SDK v4 PHP -

my app allows signed user post custom message on wall.

the app works business relationship holds app , users marked testers, regular users seems app can't publish_actions permission. tester users when guy logs in first asks regular permissions , sec windows message app wants publish on wall, sec message never happens regular users.

i've submited app review (although website not on public server) , got rejected not explaining how user utilize right. app have approved here work... or showing on facebook searcher , stuff...??

in order permissions approved, must:

make sure website or application accessible public (so facebook can test). app can on private / unpublished page. provide detailed instructions , screenshots on how permission used. facebook can check see if complies platform policies , app not spammy make sure app complies platform policies before submitting review.

for purpose of review, should create application available public. 1 time permission approved, can remove public access application.
