android - error: Error retrieving parent for item: No resource found that matches the given name 'Theme.AppCompat.Light' -

i have problem android project, made project in house , runs well, now, have opened project in eclipse version , doesn't works. have problem android-support-v7-appcompat.jar lib. added lib in project file -> import .but when seek add together lib in properties->android-> add, lib isn't there.

can help me ?
