In Orbeon Forms, how can I upload CSS files in Form Builder? -

the persistence api docs says:

each "form" collection contains:

form.xhtml: main form definition, xhtml+xforms resource optional attachments, such images, css, , pdf files uploaded form author when editing form definition

this seems indicate form builder allows uploading css files utilize in form , persisted in database.

i have found several give-and-take threads on orbeon give-and-take forum refer "upload css" button, cannot see button in form builder menu. has been removed?

the reply yes, feature has been removed 4.0. didn't think quite right way things, in cases css should per deployment or maybe per form runner app.
