How to confirm a user email address in android app programmatically -

i have register page in app , on registration page user has provide his/her email address, how can confirm email address whether it's existing email address or false one?

1- send mail service validation key or link user should click.

2- send mail service , verify if server responds ok (via mailer log maybe?)

i go 1 lot of site does

note site junkmail or yopmail allow have "fake" email business relationship (not false have access accounts without password).

if people don't want have email account, what? if content interesting plenty they'll happily give right one.
