i can't figure out why on next page, pricing section onwards, ie8 seems ignore lot of vertical padding , margin:

namely, ignoring margin-bottom on pricing heading, not applying vertical padding divs create pricing table, , links in footer have lost vertical padding.

t works in every other browser, comparison.

the problem ie8 doesn't back upwards rem units font-size.

my ie8 dev tools sprang life see wasn't working.
