is possible receive force notifications parse on android using xamarin?

i've been looking around online, i've seen suggests isn't possible. i'm able register force notifications on ios using rest service, on android haven't been able figure out how register on parse.

i able register google cloud messaging on own google developer app, , received device id, know part should able work, i'm unable register device in way on parse installation.

you can bind native parse sdk android , utilize in android app. same thing binding native parse sdk ios using objective sharpie. thats how got working our app. reply initial question: yes possible receive force notifications parse on android using xamarin!
