sql server 2012 - Replication not updating XML Schema collection -

so problem i'm facing replication our main instance our info warehouse instance failing because isn't picking xml schema updates. thus, when tries mass re-create info main table utilizes it, fails because xml validation fails due xmlschemacollection not containing of updates.

the behavior we've observed in lastly couple months if xml schema new, replication picks up. however, point forward, ignores it. smells deficiency in way detects updates. i'm hoping else has figure out.
